Carolina Sola

Carolina Sola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Sales & Operations Planning Manager at Gasum since May 2024, Carolina previously held the role of Sales Manager, Energy Markets at StormGeo, focusing on the European energy sector from August 2022 to May 2024. Prior to that, Carolina was a Key Account Manager at Norsk Helsenett SF and held similar positions at TietoEVRY, where responsibilities included managing key accounts in the Oil & Gas Logistics domain and ensuring customer satisfaction for operators on the Norwegian continental shelf. Carolina began gaining practical experience as a Business Analyst Trainee with Tieto and held several summer internships at Equinor and ASCO Norge, contributing to logistics and operations. Carolina holds a Master of Science in Logistics, Supply Chain Management from Molde University College and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Logistics from the same institution.
