Chad Smith

Chad Smith is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in project management and leadership within the precast concrete industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at GATE Precast Company since July 2023, Chad has previously held the position of General Manager at DEX by GATE from February 2022 to July 2023 and Project Manager at Gate Precast Company from September 2014 to February 2022. Chad's career also includes roles such as Operations Manager at Prestress Services Industries and project management positions at United Precast Inc. and Standard Concrete Products. Additionally, Chad completed military service as a Guidance and Control Specialist in the United States Air Force. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
