Justin Monroe

Justin Monroe is a seasoned marketing professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Concordia College. Currently serving as a Marketing Strategist at Gate City Bank since November 2025, Justin has previously held multiple roles at AdShark from April 2021 to October 2025, including Lead Strategist and Digital Marketing Strategist. Prior experience includes a Digital Marketing Internship at RDO Equipment Co. and various roles at Concordia College, where Justin contributed as a Student Leader in Communications and Marketing, a Marketing Intern, and a Student Photographer. Additionally, Justin has experience as the Director of Marketing for Cobber SALT, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed, and as a Marketing Intern at Allegro Group, Inc. and Camp Laurel South. Early career experience includes a Floral Designer role at Hornbacher’s Foods.
