Angela Petzold Theiler is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at gategroup. Previously, Angela held the position of Head of Legal EMEA & Corporate Secretary at Barry Callebaut Group. Angela has extensive experience in legal matters, M&A transactions, and partnerships negotiations, having worked in various legal roles throughout their career. Angela holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Zurich and has completed additional education at top institutions such as Yale School of Management and Harvard Business School Online.
