Itay Shlomo

Itay Shlomo is currently the Vice President of Procurement & Supply Chain at gategroup. Itay also serves as the Global Head of M&A and Investments and Deputy Head for M&A and Investments at the same company. Itay has extensive experience in managing M&A projects, investments, and projects related to finance, business valuation, and corporate finance. Itay is also an Advisor at Cyverse Capital and holds advisory roles in other companies in the cyber-security and financial sectors. Prior to their current roles, Itay held positions at Bank Hapoalim, KPMG, and served in the Israel Defense Forces. Itay has a diverse educational background, including degrees in Business Administration, Financial Management, and Accounting.
