Michiel Vijverberg

Michiel Vijverberg has over 20 years of experience in account management and commercial leadership, currently serving as Account Director at gategroup since September 2014, focusing on the development of European leisure travel and tour operator accounts. Prior to this role, Michiel held positions including Director Commercial at gategroup, where a strong emphasis on revenue growth resulted in consistent double-digit increases, and Manager of European Merchandising at Office Depot, where financial and commercial product ranges were developed for multiple markets. Educational qualifications include two Master of Laws (LLM) degrees in International Business Law and Tax Law from Tilburg University, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
