Joanna Collings (nee Murphy) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joanna currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Gatehouse Bank plc, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at the same company from September 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Gatehouse Bank, Joanna spent a significant portion of their career at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Joanna Collings (nee Murphy) pursued their education from 1985 to 1990 at The County High School in Leftwich, Northwich, Cheshire. Joanna later attended Loughborough University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Banking & Finance. Furthermore, in the years 1998 to 2000, they attended the University of West London, where they earned the designation of Member Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
