Mohsen Masoumi

Mohsen Masoumi, PhD, MBA, is an accomplished metallurgical engineer with extensive experience in materials science, manufacturing processes, and product development across multiple industries. As the Senior Technical Manager at Gates Corporation, Masoumi leads global supplier technical audits for metal manufacturing, while also serving as the Director of Technical Development at PersMetall, focusing on optimizing materials and processes for new product development. Previous roles include Senior Technical Leader at Kohler Co., where innovations in alloys and processes were developed, and significant contributions to research at McGill University and the University of Windsor. Masoumi holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering, an MBA from Marquette University, and a MSc in Materials Science & Engineering.
