Nick Dougherty

Nick Dougherty has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and program management field. Nick started their career at Dayco in 2001, working as an Application Engineer before progressing to roles such as On-site Application Engineer at Caterpillar and Sales Engineer. In 2011, they became the Systems Engineering Manager at Dayco and eventually held the position of Director of Engineering for the North American region from 2014 to 2016. Nick then transitioned to the role of Director of PLM System Implementation before joining Gates Corporation in 2017. At Gates Corporation, Nick held positions such as Global Product Line Manager, Global Technical Director for Accessory Belt Drive Systems, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering and Program Management.

Nick Dougherty completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lawrence Technological University from 1997 to 2001. Nick later pursued their MBA in General Business at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2005 to 2007.
