Subhash Mali

Subhash Mali has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Subhash currently serves as the Supply Chain Director at Gates Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Eaton from 2014 to 2023, holding various positions such as Division SIOP/Materials Management Manager, SIOP Manager, Manager Demand Planning, and Project Leader - SCM. As a Student Consultant at A.T. Kearney in 2013, they gained consulting experience. Subhash also had an internship at Eaton Corporation in 2013, where they developed a country analysis model and identified potential suppliers. Their earlier experience includes working at Renault India, where they served as a Senior Engineer and Engineer, and at the University of Kentucky as a Summer Intern. Throughout their career, Subhash has demonstrated skills in supply chain management, materials management, demand planning, and process improvement.

Subhash Mali obtained their Master of Supply Chain Management degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2013. Prior to this, they completed a Dual Degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay between 2003 and 2008.
