Vince Hainsby

Vince Hainsby has extensive experience in the engineering and management sectors, primarily with Gates Corporation since April 1987, where Vince currently serves as the Director of Fluid Power Couplings and Test Labs and as the Director of the Customer Response Centre. Vince has held various significant roles within Gates, including Technical Manager and Director of the Customer Response Centre at Gates Fluid Power, commencing in April 2017. Prior to his tenure at Gates, Vince worked at Rolls-Royce NEI W.H. Allens as a Tendering Engineer and as a Design Draughtsman from September 1982 to April 1987. Vince's educational background includes attendance at Longsands School.
