Damien deRoux, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Damien began their career at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation in 1999, where they held various positions including Supervisor of Surveillance Services, Inventory Controller, Operations Manager, and Manager of Surveillance Services. In 2007, Damien became the General Manager, leading teams that generated revenues of over $130 million and provided exceptional service to over 1.7 million customers annually.

In 2020, Damien joined Blackthorn - Annex Inc. as the President. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited, leading and supporting gaming professionals in delivering exceptional results and upholding the brand promises. Damien takes pride in bringing Gateway's signature entertainment approach to host communities.
