Jennifer Farrow

Jennifer Farrow has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jennifer is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited since April 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Consultant at JFarrow Consulting starting from August 2015. Jennifer has also held various roles at Coast Mountain College, including Director of Organizational Development from September 2019 to March 2022, Director of Human Resources & Payroll from November 2018 to September 2019, and Manager of HR and Payroll from September 2018 to September 2019. Jennifer also has experience working for the BC Public Service, where they held positions such as Director of People & Workplace Initiatives Branch at the Ministry of Education from October 2016 to September 2018, Assistant Director at the Ministry of Education from June 2016 to October 2016, and Strategic HR Planner from October 2015 to June 2016. Jennifer started their career as a Human Resources Advisor at the University of Victoria from June 2011 to August 2015 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Elections BC from March 2007 to June 2011. Jennifer began their professional journey as an HR Technician at the BC Public Service Agency, Client Services, from January 2005 to March 2007.

Jennifer Farrow attended Camosun College from 2001 to 2010, where they obtained a BBA degree in Human Resources and Leadership.
