Jordi Psikla

Jordi Psikla has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jordi began their career in 2000 with Cineplex Entertainment, where they served as a General Manager, overseeing the daily operations and management of multiple facilities. Jordi later advanced to the role of Director of Operations, responsible for developing operating plans, managing budgets, and overseeing team development for eight properties in Ontario.

In 2009, Jordi joined OLG, initially as a Casino Manager and later as a General Manager. In these roles, they managed the revenues and costs of a high-volume casino operation, provided leadership to support teams, and worked on strategic plans in alignment with government regulations and requirements.

Most recently, Jordi worked for Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited, where they held the position of Regional General Manager. In this role, they led teams at Casino Thunder Bay and Casino Sault Ste Marie, driving positive enhancements and improving operations to enhance the entertainment experience for guests.

Throughout their career, Jordi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in managing budgets and costs, and a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.

Jordi Psikla completed a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Confederation College in 1998. Later, in 2018, they completed an Executive Development Program in Business at the University of Nevada, Reno.
