Mika-Anne Davis

Mika-Anne Davis, M.Ed., SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and education. Their most recent role was as the Human Resources Director at Gateway Community College, which they started in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Maricopa Community Colleges, where they held various positions including Senior Human Resources Analyst, Interim Human Resources Director, and Coordinator of Human Resources, from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Teacher at Sequoia Pathway Academy from 2014 to 2015. Their career began at Maricopa Unified School District, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist from 2009 to 2013.

Mika-Anne Davis, M.Ed., SHRM-CP completed their education history with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Northern Arizona University in 2015-2016. Prior to this, they pursued a Post Bac in Elementary Education and Teaching at Rio Salado College from 2011-2013. Mika-Anne Davis, M.Ed., SHRM-CP also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Brigham Young University from 1996-1998. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and Civil Rights Investigator Level Two from TNG in 2021.
