Charlie Pilkington

Charlie Pilkington currently serves as SVP of Small Business Banking and Development at Gateway First Bank since September 2023. Prior to this, Charlie held various positions at Regent Bank from December 2017 to September 2023, including Market President/SVP and Deposit Sales Coordinator, where responsibilities included generating loan and deposit growth and leading sales and marketing initiatives. Charlie also worked as Director of Cash Management, assisting commercial clients with a variety of banking needs. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Business Development at CreditPoint Software and founding NorthStar Technologies, a service agency for the Medical, Financial, and Retail Industries. Additional experience was gained at Arvest Bank as VP of Risk Management and in the United States Air Force as a Special Operations Imagery Analyst. Charlie holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and statistical mathematics from Bellevue University and an Associate's Degree in Military Intelligence from the Community College of the Air Force.
