Indrajeet Mitra

Indrajeet Mitra has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Indrajeet started their career as a Software Engineer at Frontier Software Pvt. Ltd in 1995 and worked there until 1997. Following that, they joined Veritas Technologies LLC as a Senior Software Engineer from 1997 to 1998. Indrajeet then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Symantec for a brief period in 1998. In 1998, they co-founded Gateway Group of Companies and took on the role of Joint Managing Director. Indrajeet was responsible for the entire delivery operations, including pre-sales, resource planning, and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, they played a key role in shaping the company's future technology strategy. In 2004, they joined NINtec as a Director, where they continued to oversee delivery operations and drive technology strategy.

Indrajeet Mitra pursued the Berkeley Executive Program in Management Advanced Management Competencies from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business during the academic year 2014-2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Gujarat University between 1993 and 1996. Indrajeet also holds a Bachelor of Science (Bsc.) degree in Physics from Gujarat University, earned from 1990 to 1993. In their earlier academic years, Indrajeet completed their high school education (12th grade) at Gujarat Law Society from 1989 to 1990. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leading Innovative Change through an Executive Education Program with UC Berkeley Haas School of Executive Education and ExecOnline, Inc. in May 2015.
