Kushal Panchal started their work experience in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at Aegis Call Center. Kushal worked in this role until 2014, when they transitioned to becoming a Software Engineer at Gateway TechnoLabs Pvt. Ltd. (Gateway Group of Companies).

Kushal Panchal obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Engineering from Lokmanya Commerce College. Additionally, Kushal obtained a certification in MCSA: SQL Server 2016 from Microsoft in April 2018.
