Samik Pandit

Samik Pandit has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and machine learning. Samik started their career as a co-founder and data handler at Aaghaaz in 2018, where they worked until 2021. In this role, they gained valuable experience in handling data and managing operations.

Samik then joined Maxgen Technologies as a machine learning intern in 2021, where they worked until 2022. During this internship, they focused on developing their skills in machine learning.

Following their internship, Samik worked as a data science intern at Tata Consultancy Services from February 2022 to September 2022. Here, they gained hands-on experience in data science projects and further expanded their knowledge in the field.

Currently, Samik works as a machine learning engineer at Gateway Group of Companies starting from October 2022. In this role, they utilize their expertise in machine learning to develop and implement innovative solutions.

Samik Pandit completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Big Data Analysis from St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad, from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Samik also obtained several certifications, including "Big Data Hadoop and Spark Developer training" from SkillUp.com.pk in January 2023, "Python Libraries for Data Science" from Simplilearn in December 2022, "Data Science with Python" from Simplilearn in November 2022, and "Machine Learning" from SkillUp.com.pk in November 2022.
