Sandipan Kar

Sandipan Kar has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles within technology and operations. Sandipan is currently the Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources at Gateway Technolabs Pvt. Ltd., where they have significantly contributed to the growth of the company and has shaped HR functions and policies. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development at Cimcon Software and the Executive Director at Powersoft inc., where they managed Indian operations and worked with Fortune 100 clients. Sandipan also served as the General Manager of Information Technology at British Gas and as the Vice President of Information Technology at Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd. In these roles, they led the IT divisions of the companies and implemented satellite connections and developed various applications.

Sandipan Kar earned a Master of Science degree in Physics from Calcutta University, where they studied from 1969 to 1971. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Calcutta, graduating in 1969.
