Yuvrajsinh Rana CSM® has a comprehensive work experience in project management and Scrum Master roles. Yuvrajsinh started their career in 2015 as an RF Engineer at Reliance Jio before moving on to Indus Towers Limited as a Surveillance Manager. In these positions, they supported Telecom industry projects and provided field team support, focusing on outage management, KPI monitoring, and automation reports.

In 2017, Yuvrajsinh took on the role of Project Coordinator at ALPHADECIMAL NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they provided support for Reliance Jio projects and managed various tasks such as SCFT cluster tests, RF, SSCVT, and infra deployment.

From 2019 to 2021, Yuvrajsinh joined MSBC Group as a Sr.NOC Engineer and Scrum Master. In this role, they specialized in providing support for Liquidnet, a UK-based company, handling server monitoring and incident management.

Between 2021 and 2023, Yuvrajsinh worked at ecubix as a PMO-Scrum Master. Here, they focused on understanding client requirements, providing feasible solutions, and facilitating Agile project management for timely request completion.

Currently, Yuvrajsinh is a Project Lead-Scrum Master at the Gateway Group of Companies. In this position, they oversee project scope and timeline, plans sprint capacity effectively, and coordinates sprint and retrospective meetings for seamless project execution.

Yuvrajsinh Rana CSM® holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science. Yuvrajsinh completed their undergraduate studies from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Yuvrajsinh Rana CSM® has earned several certifications, including being a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in June 2021. Yuvrajsinh also obtained a security awareness training certification from KnowBe4 in January 2021 and an Rf Auditor certification from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI) in July 2016.
