Shawna Russell-Lane

Shawna Russell-Lane is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Talent Consultant at Kyo since August 2021. Previously, Shawna served as Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor at First Leap: Pediatric Therapy from October 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that role, Shawna worked at Bridge Kids of New York as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Behavioral Therapist from January 2016 to September 2017. Shawna holds a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, obtained between January 2012 and August 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from St. Edward's University, completed in December 2011.
