Vice President Of Membership And Healthy Living at Gateway Region YMCA

Keelyn Krill has a diverse work experience in the YMCA industry. Keelyn began their career with the Greater Green Bay YMCA as the Health and Wellness Director from 2000 to 2003. Keelyn then joined the Kettle Moraine YMCA as the Membership Operations Director from 2003 to 2006. In 2008, they joined YMCA of the USA as the Activate America National Facilitator, where they consulted with YMCA's on organizational change. From 2008 to 2019, they worked with YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee in various leadership roles, including Vice President Center Operations and Group Vice President-Center Operations Subject Matter Expert for Healthy Living. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Membership and Healthy Living at Gateway Region YMCA starting in September 2019.

Keelyn Krill earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Marquette University, which was completed between the years 1993 and 1997. Later, Keelyn pursued a Masters degree in Human Kinetics - Psychology of Exercise Adherence at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completing it from 1998 to 2001.
