Tamara Parsons

Tamara Parsons is an accomplished Geographic Information Systems Analyst currently with Gateway Solutions Inc since January 2023. Previously, Tamara has gained extensive experience as a GIS Analyst at the South Carolina Department of Transportation from May 2016 to May 2022, designing detailed road-system maps, and as a freelance GIS Analyst conducting site selection analyses for various projects. Tamara's military background includes a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, serving in various capacities such as Chief Meteorology Officer for NATO ISAF, where leadership of meteorological support operations was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Meteorology and a Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Penn State University and the Air Force Institute of Technology, respectively.
