Shonak Patel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, growth, and customer experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Gateway X since February 2022, Shonak is instrumental in scaling D2C and B2B businesses. As the founder of NAK LLC, Shonak has successfully grown revenue by 10x year-over-year through a consulting practice focused on product-led growth for high-growth SaaS firms. Shonak co-founded Kahani, enhancing mobile engagement for e-commerce, and previously held significant roles at Appcues and Testive, where foundational customer experience frameworks and revenue operations were established. Other key experiences include co-founding GatherEducation and Swellr, and contributing to community development as a finance fellow with Americorps.
