John Flynn

John Flynn is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Commercial Finance for Gather & Gather in Ireland since March 2020, John oversees management accounts, cash flows, payroll, and budgeting processes for over twenty-five sites. Previous roles include Group Cost Accountant for GameStop, where John led a cost reduction program and managed a real estate portfolio of 180 stores, and Interim Financial Controller for Bewley’s Cafes, responsible for full financial management and internal controls. John has held several financial leadership positions, including Group Financial Controller at Yamamori Dublin and Financial Controller at The Fitzwilliam Hotel, and has consistently provided detailed financial analysis and reporting throughout a career that began with an Executive Officer role at Trinity College Dublin. John holds a FCPA designation from CPA Ireland and a Certified Public Accountant degree from Griffith College Dublin.
