Erin Spellazza has been working in the customer support and digital media industries since 2008. In 2009, they began working as Digital Media Coordinator for the Healing Arts Center St. Louis, where they created and managed a weekly online newsletter, designed and built a social media presence strategy, managed social media and Wordpress content, and managed all web based contacts. In 2008, they took on the role of Digital Marketing Manager for the Ram Dass Foundation. In 2013, they became an Associate Editor for BoatTEST.com. In 2015, they were hired as Digital Media Manager for Alcohol Justice. In 2016, they became the Community Education & Digital Outreach Manager for The Transverse Myelitis Association. In 2017, they were hired as Head of Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships for Crowdcast.io. In 2019, they became a Freelance Writer for Cake (joincake.com). In 2020, they were hired as People Experience Manager and later as Director of Global Customer Success for Hopin, where they established and grew the global Customer Success team from 1 to 40, achieving an 65 NPS score, growing ARR from 0 to 40M and expansion of 3M in the first year of business. In 2022, they became Senior Customer Support Manager for Gather.

Erin Spellazza is currently studying Mass Communication/Media Studies at Southern Connecticut University. In April 2022, they will obtain a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in November 2021.
