Tanner Hopkins has over 17 years of experience in customer experience and product operations roles. Tanner began their career at eBay in 2005 as a Quality Business Process Analyst, where they worked to understand customer service opportunities and identify trends within Quality Assurance data. In 2013, they moved to Vivint Smart Home as the Customer Experience Manager, where they guided their team in building a program to provide actionable insights to business leadership. In 2014, they joined Thumbtack as a Senior Manager of Product Operations and later as a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, they transformed the way customers experienced Thumbtack by building CX measurement systems, designing dynamic customer journeys, and driving human-centered service experiences. In 2020, they joined Opendoor as a Pricing Product Operations Lead and in 2021, they moved to Meta as a Customer Experience Program Manager. Finally, in 2022, they became a Senior Manager of CX & Support at Gather.

Tanner Hopkins has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from DeVry University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they have an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College, which they obtained between 2003 and 2004. Tanner also holds certifications from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), COPC Inc., and the University of Utah Executive Education Program, including CCXP, COPC Implementation Leader, Customer Journey Mapping, High Performance Management Training, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
