Julien Henon PMP®

Julien Henon PMP® has a long and varied work experience. Julien began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Event Coordinator at FC Nantes Atlantique. In 2006, they moved on to become an Event & Project Coordinator at JDC International Consulting Inc. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Assistant Catering Manager and then as a Catering Manager at Calhoun's Bakery Cafe. In 2013, they took on the roles of Production Manager and Project Coordinator/Sales Support at Great West Paper Box Ltd. In 2014, they completed an Advanced Project Management certificate at Langara College. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Engineering/CI - Project Coordinator at gardein™, where they managed and coordinated CapEx, Productivity, and Six Sigma projects. In 2017, they worked as a Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, Project Administrator Team Lead, and Project Administrator at BGIS. Since 2021, they have been the Director of Projects and Business Management and Innovation & Technical Project Manager at Gathered Foods.

Julien Henon PMP® has a long and varied educational history. Julien obtained a Certificate in Accounting from Université de Rennes I in 1998-2001, followed by a Two Years Degree in Social and Economic Administration from Université Rennes 2 in 2000-2001. Julien then went on to pursue a Bachelor in Business Management (Major in marketing) from Université Paris Nanterre in 2002-2003, followed by a Master's degree in Sport Project Management from Master MELS-CP Université Paris Nanterre in 2003-2004. In 2010-2011, they obtained an Associate Certificate in Web Technologies from British Columbia Institute of Technology, as well as a Spanish certification from CEPE (Centro de Enseñanza para Extranjeros) - UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México). In 2014, they obtained a Course Certificate in Report and Business Writing from The University of British Columbia Continuing Studies, followed by an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from Langara College in 2014-2015. Julien also obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2018, and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ in 2018. In 2020, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter, and they are currently working towards a Wicked Problem Solving Practitioner certification from the Project Management Institute, expected to be obtained in 2022.
