Justin Elza

Justin Elza has a strong background in sales and management. Justin started their career at Cabela's as a Product Specialist and later became a Sales Manager. After working at Cabela's, they moved on to NAPA AUTO PARTS where they held various roles including District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Currently, they are with Gathr Outdoors as the Director of Sales. Throughout their career, Justin has consistently demonstrated their skills in sales and leadership.

Justin Elza received their Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources from West Virginia University in the years 1998-2003.
