Sergeant H Swaroop Kumar

Sergeant H Swaroop Kumar (Retd) has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career. In 2009, they worked as a Trainer at Hubert Ebner (I) Pvt Ltd. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at BSA Training Academy Pvt LTd, where they served as the Manager for Trainings & Projects. In this role, they focused on defensive driving training, technical training, and driver management projects. Since 2017, they have been associated with Gati Academy, initially serving as the Head of Driver Skill Development and later as the Manager for CSR.

Sergeant H Swaroop Kumar (Retd) has a diverse educational background. In 1971, they completed their high school education at All Saints Central High School, where they focused on finance. Following this, from 1988 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at JNU. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Madurai Kamaraj University, earning a Master's degree in Banking Management, specializing in finance and financial management services. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, they furthered their education at Madurai Kamaraj University, obtaining an MBA with a focus on finance.
