Sam Dundee, CFA has over 8 years of experience in finance and corporate development. Sam began their career in 2013 as a Senior Associate at Deloitte Canada. In 2015, they joined TELUS as a Corporate Development Manager, where they provided corporate strategy and M&A advisory. In 2017, they moved to Aerion Supersonic as a Director of Strategic Finance and Finance, where they closed a significant investment from The Boeing Company in early 2019. In 2020, they joined Romeo Power, Inc. as VP Finance and Strategy, and led the company through an IPO/SPAC Merger which valued the business at $1.3 billion, resulting in ~$390 million of cash on balance sheet and being listed on the NYSE post transaction. Currently, Sam is VP of Finance at Gatik since 2022.

Sam Dundee, CFA has a comprehensive educational background. Sam obtained a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan between 2014 and 2015. Sam also earned a BBA (Hons.) in Finance & Accounting from Simon Fraser University between 2009 and 2013. Sam then obtained a Chartered Professional Accountant from CPA School of Business between 2013 and 2015. In 2014, they became a CFA Charter Holder from the CFA Institute, and a Chartered Business Valuators (CBV) from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
