Amy Elizabeth Bathie

Amy Elizabeth Bathie has a diverse work experience in the fields of recruitment, learning and development, and elder care. Amy Elizabeth currently holds the position of Head of Learning, Performance & Development at Gattaca, a global STEM recruitment specialist. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at Caring4Elders, where they collaborated with directors to build their network and support employee well-being. Amy also served as the Learning and Development Manager at Morgan Hunt, where they established a learning function aligned with business objectives. Before that, they were a Learning and Development Consultant at Adecco Group UK & Ireland, designing and delivering training programs. Earlier in their career, Amy worked as a PA to a Regional Consultant at Utility Brokers and as an Events Management personnel at High Society.

Amy Elizabeth Bathie attended Tapton Secondary School from 2001 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Directing and Theatrical Production from Middlesex University.
