David Heath FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David began their career in 1985 at The Department of Social Security, where they held various roles in benefits delivery and fraud management. In 1996, they joined IBM Global Services as an HR leader, focusing on managing people transfers and negotiating with unions for major clients. David then served as the HR Director for IBM EMEA and later as the HR Director for the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. In 2007, they joined Alexander Mann Solutions as the Chief People Officer and Global Sector Managing Director, overseeing the company's global people strategy and leading its expansion into the Asia Pacific region. From 2014 to 2021, David operated their own consulting company, We're Only Human Limited, where they led significant change programs for organizations like Nationwide Building Society and Ove Arup Partnership. In 2021, they joined Gattaca and held roles as the Chief People Officer and the Interim Global HR Director. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Client Workforce Solutions at Gattaca. David Heath FCIPD completed their BA in Social Sciences from the University of Sunderland from 1981 to 1984. Before that, they attended King George V Grammar and Sixth form College from 1975 to 1981, where they obtained their O Levels and A Levels in subjects including English Language, English Literature, Maths, French, History, Geography, Art, and Business Studies. David holds the certification of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
