Ania Abbott

Ania Abbott is a Sustainability and Engagement Manager at Gatwick Airport since February 2023, where responsibilities include designing and delivering a strategy to engage staff in sustainability initiatives and managing projects aligned with the Decade of Change sustainability strategy. Prior experience includes various roles at Balfour Beatty plc from June 2018 to February 2023, including Environment & Sustainability Lead (Rail) and Safety and Sustainability Business Partner. Ania's earlier experience includes work placements at Network Rail and Lendlease, as well as internships at Balfour Beatty and EY. Ania holds a Master's degree in Environment Policy and Regulation from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Leeds.
