Charlotte Dance

Charlotte Dance is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in the automotive and aviation industries. Currently serving as Commercial Operations Manager and previously as Incident Operations Manager at London Gatwick since June 2017, Charlotte has demonstrated a strong capability in managing operations. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as Principal Engineer at Ricardo from May 2016 to June 2017 and held various engineering positions at Jaguar Land Rover from June 2009 to May 2016, progressing from Undergraduate Engineer to Lead Engineer. Charlotte holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick, completed in 2011, and attended Sandown High School from 2002 to 2007.
