Bhavani Raghavan Lobo

Ms. Raghavan Lobo is responsible for the quality assurance and corporate compliance of agency programs and services through accreditation, policy and procedure development, licensing standards, compliance audits, research opportunities and continuous quality improvement efforts for Gaudenzia, Inc.

She has over 19 years of experience in the substance use disorder, criminal justice, and mental health fields in multiple states and across systems.

In 2001, she began her career at Gaudenzia as a mental health therapist. Since then, she has worked in various roles and departments to include clinical, quality assurance, training, and management positions overseeing the start-up and successful implementation of new projects stimulated by federal, county, and managed care organizations (MCOs).

Ms. Raghavan Lobo holds a Clinical Psychology Master’s Degree. She is currently a fourth-year doctoral student at Immaculata University where she is pursuing a degree as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology (PsyD).
