Sabine de Mardt

Since July 1st, 2018 Sabine de Mardt is the President and Executive Producer of the newly founded Gaumont GmbH, a subsidiary of the French Gaumont S.A. Prior to joining Gaumont Sabine has been responsible for plenty TV and cinema productions since starting her career back in 1993. Several of those productions have been awarded with highly decorated media prizes such as “Grimme-Preis”, “Romy-Award“ or “Deutscher Comedypreis” under her former lead as Director Fiction and Film at Warner Bros ITVP GmbH and Managing Director of Cologne Film GmbH. She co-developed and co-produced the first German streaming-series “You are wanted” (Amazon). With the Netflix series “The Barbarians”, the TV series “Julia Durant” and the TV Movie “9 days awake” she got off to a successful start in her first year at Gaumont GmbH based in Germany.
