Matt Dobel

Matt Dobel is an experienced professional in business development and governance, currently serving as the Director and Head of Business Development & Governance at Gauntlet since October 2021. Prior to this role, Matt operated as a Senior Manager of Business Development, and held various positions focused on strategic growth at Square and Brigit. Matt also developed expertise in partnerships and business development during tenure at OnDeck, where roles included Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships, Manager of Account Management, and Account Manager for Partnerships Sales. Additionally, Matt gained early experience as a Fall Associate at Eagle Ridge Growth Partners. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Millsaps College.
