Marc Kagan has extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Marc started their career in 1982 at Holiday Inns International, where they held various positions within the hotel framework, including Front Office and Food & Beverage Managers.

In 1990, they joined Pizza Hut & Kentucky Fried Chicken as an Operations & Control Manager, overseeing the operations and control procedures. Marc then ventured into entrepreneurship and became a Restaurant Owner in 1995, managing a restaurant and bar operation with a staff of 50. Their responsibilities included food and beverage ordering, payment to suppliers, and marketing of the restaurant.

In 1997, Marc joined Comfy Interactive Movies, where they served as the International Marketing & Sales Manager. Marc collaborated with MGM and CTW, managing sales and interactions with local and international distributors. Marc also organized and participated in numerous international trade shows.

In 2000, they transitioned to S.M.Digitek Ltd as the Marketing & Sales Manager, responsible for finding new customers, increasing sales revenue, and introducing Digitek services to new markets. Later, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.), leading a workforce of engineers, technicians, production workers, and managers. Marc managed a $5M Full Turnkey project and was in charge of logistics for assembly, integration, and planning.

In 2012, Marc joined Baya Technology - Zicon, where they worked in Sales & Marketing. Marc was responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies.

Currently, since 2016, they are the Regional Sales Manager EMEA at Gauzy LTD, a hi-tech company that develops, manufactures, and markets end-to-end solutions and applications for glass surroundings. Marc brings technology into various industries and embeds it in urban surroundings, such as walls, windows, doors, shops, vehicles, elevators, and electronic consumer devices.

Throughout their career, Marc Kagan has demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, operations, management, project management, and international trade.

Marc Kagan attended FEDHASA South Africa from 1980 to 1983, where they studied Hotel Management Sales & Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Highlands North High School in South Africa.
