David Hackworth

David Hackworth worked as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and later as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Gaven Industries starting in 2022. David was responsible for overseeing functions such as finance, accounting, risk management, and supply chain. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2021, they held roles at CNX, including Vice President of Internal Audit and Director of Diversified Business Unit. In their role as Vice President of Internal Audit, they managed a $2.5M budget and a team of nine resources.

David Hackworth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from William & Mary. David also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Furthermore, they have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering.
