Arancha Salinas

Arancha Salinas currently serves as the Strategic Design & Analytics Manager at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, since September 2023. In addition, Arancha is the Founder and President of SOS Malawi, leading efforts to improve the quality of life for children in Malawi. Arancha has been an MBA candidate at INSEAD from August 2022 to December 2023. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from January 2020 to December 2023, and a Business Analyst at the same firm in 2018. Arancha holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Esade, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Southern California. Early education includes A-Levels from St. George international schools and a boarding school experience at Mount St Mary High School.
