Ian Blacker has extensive experience in IT operations and infrastructure management. Prior to this, Ian held roles at The Global Fund, the International Criminal Court, and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization, where Ian managed infrastructure, IT operations, and communication technologies.
