Val Loumber

Val Loumber is an experienced attorney currently serving as a Principal at BK Insight and an Attorney at Gavrilov & Brooks, roles held since January 2020 and October 2021, respectively. Previously, Val Loumber practiced at HMS Law Group LLP, specializing in appeals, bankruptcy litigation, business litigation, creditor rights, and insolvency between October 2019 and October 2021. With a strong background in the federal judiciary, Val Loumber worked as a Judicial Staff Attorney for the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals from 2005 to 2019, drafting over 25,000 written dispositions and teaching bankruptcy law.
