Alexander Kim

Alexander Kim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alexander started their career in 2003 at SIBUR, where they served as Deputy Director and later became the Director of the Debt Management Department and Head of Risk. In 2006, they joined Gazprom Drilling Company LLC as the Deputy General Director of Finance and Economy. Alexander then moved to Rosgeology JSC in 2013, where they worked as the Chief Financial Officer for a government-owned holding company. In 2014, they joined Gazprom Marketing & Trading as the Executive Director of Finance. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Strategy, Business Development, and Finance at Gazprom EP International B.V, a position they have held since 2018.

Alexander Kim attended Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University from 1987 to 1993. There, they studied electrical and mechanical engineering. Alexander then went on to the University of Economy and Finance of Saint-Petersburg, where they earned a degree in Economics in 1995. Alexander later pursued a PhD in Economy at the same university from 1997 to 2001. In 2011, they attended Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and graduated with a degree in Manager of Oil and Gas Enterprise in 2012.
