Artem Markin

Artem Markin has work experience in the banking industry, primarily in roles related to risk analysis and methodology. Artem started their career at Sviaz-Bank in 2011 as a Market Risk Specialist, where they worked until November 2012. Artem then joined Gazprombank in November 2012 as a Financial Risk Methodology Specialist, and later became the Director and Quant Analyst in December 2014.

Artem Markin pursued their education at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), where they obtained a Specialist degree in Applied mathematics and computer science from 2001 to 2006. Artem further advanced their education and received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Probability theory and mathematical statistics from the same university between 2006 and 2009.
