Trunova Veronika

Veronika Trunova has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Trunova currently works at Gazprombank as the Head of CRM Development, a position they started in October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at MTS Group, where they held the roles of Head of Customer Communication and Channels Development from April 2014 onwards, and Senior Manager from December 2009 to April 2014. Veronika also worked as a Project Manager at Teleperformance Russia & Ukraine from September 2003 to December 2009.

Trunova Veronika completed their Bachelor's degree in Economic Geography at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1996 to 2001. Trunova also studied World Economy at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2001.
