Benjamin Phillips is a finance professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory services and financial management. Currently serving as Manager of M&A at Sun Auto Tire & Service since August 2022, Benjamin previously held various roles at BDO USA, LLP, where responsibilities included advising clients on over 30 transactions across multiple industries. With a strong foundation in financial statement audits during tenure at EY, Benjamin also provided critical interim financial assistance to major corporations while at The Siegfried Group. Benjamin earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA in Accounting from Providence College.
