Catriona O'Grady

Catriona O'Grady, CFA, CGMA, currently serves as M&A Director at Resource Label Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the complete M&A lifecycle and collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, and private equity owners to execute the company's acquisition growth strategy. Catriona has successfully led several acquisition processes, bringing various companies into the Resource Label Group portfolio. Previously, Catriona held the position of Finance Director for Paper & Recycling North America at DS Smith, managing financial operations across multiple facilities and leading a team focused on financial planning and analysis. Catriona also has experience in corporate development and M&A transactions in both Europe and North America, as well as a background as an Equities Research Analyst at UBS. Catriona's academic qualifications include a BA First Class Hons in Geography from the University of Oxford, an Executive MBA in Global Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA.
