Krumesh Patel

Krumesh Patel is an experienced basketball coach currently serving as the Assistant Basketball Coach for the London Lions since August 2023. Concurrently, Krumesh holds the position of Head Basketball Coach for GB Basketball, overseeing the U20 Men program for the 2022/23 season and the U18 Women program for the 2023/24 season. Krumesh has been with Leicester Riders since September 2012, wearing multiple hats including Head of the Programme and Head Coach of Women's AASE at Charnwood College, as well as the WBBL Head Coach. Additional coaching experience includes leadership roles at Wetterbygden Basketball and Women in Sport, along with previous coaching positions at various local schools and clubs. Krumesh completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Leeds in 2012.
